ArdentMC Acquires CIO-SP3 Ten-Year IDIQ Small Business GWAC

(January 29, 2020 – Arlington, VA) – Ardent Management Consulting, Inc. (ArdentMC) is pleased to announce that it acquired and subsequently novated the Chief Information Office – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business (SB) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), Tasks 1 through 10. The CIO-SP3 contract is managed by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). This ten-year contract with a fifteen-year period of performance will allow ArdentMC to bid on task orders to fulfill a broad range of mission critical IT requirements as diverse as Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, and Health IT. The CIO-SP3 contract includes ten task areas designed to support any federal civilian or Department of Defense (DoD) agency.

 

To acquire this contract, ArdentMC demonstrated not only IT services expertise, but also specific domain capabilities for all ten task areas. The services to be provided under the CIO-SP3 contract include IT maintenance and operations; critical infrastructure information assurance and protection; integration services; digital government; planning for enterprise resources; and software development. These services will further a range of missions, including integrating existing systems within broader IT architecture to create interoperable and secure systems.
