Agile Development

The Agile engineering process helps ArdentMC clients maintain direct and continuous involvement in the development cycle.  Sprints of Development, usually two-week periods focused on delivering discreet functionality, allow client input on a sufficiently regular basis. ArdentMC’s use of Agile ensures that clients have the ability to experience the work-in-progress on a regular basis and to actively participate in the development process for their associated software.  This rapid-feedback mechanism in the software stage provides an increased level of quality, as smaller corrections are required to maintain course.
