Matt Kelley

Matthew Kelley is an Ardent Management Consulting Co-Founder, and Vice President.

Prior to founding ArdentMC, Matt served as the acting Deputy Director for the Department of Homeland Security’s, National Protection and Programs Directorate, Project Management and Engineering Office. Prior to his role at DHS, Matt served as a Senior Consultant in the process and technology practice of an international management consulting firm. In this role, Matt was able to service clients by providing expertise in a wide range of industries and disciplines including engineering services, information technology, financial services, international business, program management, risk management, government contracting and business process re-engineering.

Matt is considered an expert in the field of Project Management and has designed and implemented Program Management Office’s for clients in both the Federal and commercial sectors including multiple international stock markets, U.S. military and U.S. Intelligence Community clients. Matt utilizes a unique combination of business subject matter expertise and hands on experience implementing technical solutions to assist clients in overcoming their most challenging needs.

Matt graduated from James Madison University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and is PMP certified. Matt lives with his wife Andrea and their two children Katie and Joe in Chantilly VA.
